ecostep is led by Chris Barker, who has over 25 years working on efficiency and sustainability programs. Chris is a Registered Energy Advisor (REA) with Natural Resources Canada and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with the Association of Energy Engineers. Chris and his team have helped thousands of customers looking to access rebates, lower their energy costs, access rebates and improve the comfort of their home. Chris has advised the Ministry of Energy in Ontario and worked with Independent Electric System Operator (IESO), multiple electric utilities, Union Gas and Enbridge helping them to design their rebate programs.
