ecostep are licensed with Natural Resources Canada to provide home energy assessments. We have performed thousands of home assessment and can help you participate in the programs. With an ecostep Home Energy Assessment you will receive:

1.   An EnerGuide Rating and Label of your home. The rating is an estimate of the net amount of energy your house consumes in a year and demonstrates the energy performance of your home. 

2.   A Homeowner Information Sheet. This report will tell you how much energy you will save after doing the recommended upgrades.

3.   A Renovation Upgrade Report. Your report is a personalized roadmap that includes:

• a list of recommended upgrades and energy-saving results
• a breakdown of your energy usage before and after charts showing heat loss by building component
• your EnerGuide home rating before and after recommended upgrades
• customized comments from ecostep
• tips for saving energy
